EXTRA FUN WINTER RACE MEETING

SATURDAY 2^ND JANUARY

10am START

FREE camping Friday & Saturday Night

FRIDAY night Fireworks Display

We will start the day with the “Best Fancy Dress Car” parade, YES!! Go on dress up your car however you want, the only rule is we must be able to view your race number!!  We will be presenting Trophy for Best Fancy Dress Car on the day.

Normal racing will resume, with also a “Dash for Santa’s Cash” Race and more Fun Races time permitting.

Social Club Meeting

on TUESDAY 1st DECEMBER 2009

at THE WATERBOARD CLUB

8pm, COME ALONG AND GRAB A DRINK & A CHAT, hopefully time for a game of darts, pool and skittles.

All club trophies from last year will need to be returned by tonight so please bring them along.

Could all members please bring with them a bottle of wine, spirit, alcopop or cans of beer, larger or cider as we are going to make a large boozy hamper for the auction (see below) 

Tickets will be on sale for the club Dinner & Dance, 30th January 2010 at The Old Court, Whitchurch. (Ticket price to be confirmed along with menu)  The committee are working hard to arrange a great evening with the main aim of rasing money for the club, we will be holding an auction with some fantastic prizes to bid on so make sure you bring all those extra family members and friends to bid on the items.  More details will be available soon.

WORK PARTY

All Gloucester & Forest members need to spare an hour or more at the track,  some new posts need to be put in and also a general tidy up of track.

(The committee will be making a note of the members who DO NOT attend)
